Xiao-Dong She after many years research finally he invented the technologies of build large dams at sea mouth to stop  rivers water flow into the sea to lower sea-level and set up the rivers water to supply / to solve drought lack water etc. for all of the world, then he applied the patent on March 13, 2020,  and he founded the corporation on June 19, 2020 at Ottawa, Ontario of Canada
